In the Brewpubs section of its 2025 Industry Review, The New Brewer profiled Blast Beer Co. founder Tadd Maudlin and his Key West brewpub, Southernmost Pint. The piece traces Blast from gluten-reduced homebrew at Purdue to shelves in Winn-Dixie and Total Wine & More, and the 2023 pivot to opening Southernmost Pint.
The standout from the feature: Southernmost Pint produced 134 barrels in 2024 — up 415%, with sales doubling year over year, one of the strongest growth figures in the brewpub segment that year.
